Question 1

Which titanium grade is used for Navzo bolts and nuts?

Accepted Answer

Standard fasteners are made from GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V), the alpha-beta titanium alloy with a minimum tensile strength of about 895 MPa. Commercially pure GR2 is available for parts where corrosion resistance matters more than strength.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Most standard catalogue fasteners start at 100 to 200 pieces per size. Custom CNC titanium parts are quoted per drawing, and sample batches can be discussed before mass production.

Question 3

Do titanium bolts need anti-seize?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Titanium is prone to galling, especially titanium-to-titanium threads. A titanium-compatible anti-seize compound reduces galling and helps limit galvanic corrosion when titanium contacts aluminium or carbon fibre.

Question 4

What is the difference between anodized, burnt blue and PVD titanium finishes?

Accepted Answer

Anodizing grows a thin, colored oxide layer electrochemically, with color controlled by voltage. Burnt blue is a heat-oxidation finish that creates a gradient blue-gold look. PVD deposits a harder, more wear-resistant colored coating under vacuum.

Question 5

Can Navzo manufacture titanium parts from my drawings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send 2D or 3D drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP), the target quantity, grade and surface finish. Engineers review manufacturability and tolerances before quoting OEM or ODM production.

Question 6

Which quality documents are available?

Accepted Answer

Material certificates (mill test reports) and dimensional inspection records can be supplied on request so buyers can verify grade and tolerance for each batch.
